Mystical Lava
Snæfellsnes is one of the most Saga invested parts of the country, and this area is no exception. The rugged Berserk Lava Field covers most of the western part of the Helgafell County, and stretches between the mountain slopes and the sea.
The lava is approximately 3600-4000 years old and at winter time this beautiful rough lava field meet the snow and shows mysterious sculptures.
